ACR+ member the Catalan Waste Agency (ARC), in collaboration with ACCIÓ, has presented the general aspects of the line of aid “Green R&D Nuclei” in circular economy in the field of waste. The grants are aimed at carrying out industrial research and experimental development activities carried out by companies, individually or in cooperation with other companies. 

This is the sixth consecutive annual edition of this line of aid, which arises from a collaboration agreement between ARC and ACCIÓ. In 2023, a budget of EUR 1.2 million is planned, which can be increased. The R&D projects in this year's call for proposals must be related to the prevention, reduction of waste generation and correct waste management and involve new processes or the technological improvement of existing ones.
