Factors and costs associated with sewage sludge management

This document identifies the factors associated with the agricultural recovery of sewage sludge and the associated costs such as transportation, spreading machinery, sludge analysis, soil analysis, the work of the agronomist. These costs can vary depending on the mud production, the target crops, the doses and the application times, among others. This document aims to be a reference for the costs associated with the correct management of urban sewage sludge, when these are intended to fertilize the crops of Catalonia.
