ACR+ member Métropole Rouen Normandie and the organising association of the Armada, biggest gathering of great sailboat in the world, jointly signed an agreement in favour of a "Zero plastic pollution and 100% recycled or reused residual waste" event to be held in the city from 8 to 18 June 2023. This agreement is a challenge for an event that will host some fifty boats and nearly 6 million visitors over ten days. Throughout the event, the public will be able to visit two exhibitions on the theme of the fight against plastic pollution and the protection of the oceans and take part in the free activities offered by the city.
