ACR+ member The Institut National de l'Economie Circulaire (INEC) launched at the end of 2018 an operational programme on Purchasing and the Circular Economy. Drawing on the experience of the participants, the issues identified and the solutions developed during this year of experimentation, INEC published a guide to accompany, step by step, private and public purchasers in integrating the circular economy into their purchasing policies.
