The 8th edition of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) is proving to be a great success once again! After months of preparations with the help of 43 EWWR Coordinators and numerous Action Developers, 12,255 actions will be implemented in 32 different countries. This year’s edition is putting a special focus on Packaging Waste Reduction with the slogan “Use Less Packaging”.

From 19 to 27 November 2016, you are invited to participate in EWWR actions and raise awareness about the critical issues related to waste. Inspiring examples range from sustainable festivals to original information campaigns on packaging waste reduction, swapping events and so on. Find out if there is an action taking place close to you in the EWWR Database!
