UN-Habitat is seeking supporters for the Waste Wise Cities to continue its work for the next five years, 2022-2026. Supporting arrangement would enable the Waste Wise Cities to implement key aspects of its work that could not be covered by project funding only, including advocacy and communications, hosting of global events, monitoring and research activities, the development of guidance materials and tools for sustainable solid waste management, support to member cities and affiliates. Deadline for submissions in 31 August 2021.
