On 27 May 2021 the EU Green Week event “Collaborative and circular food systems to reduce pollution and improve health” will introduce the state of play of the Farm 2 Fork Strategy followed by the presentation of the innovative approaches of 5 European projects working in synergies (FOODRUS, CO-FRESH, FAIRCHAIN, LOWINFOOD, PLOUTOS) and a panel discussion addressing the sustainability of food systems at local and regional level.
