As we reach the third and last week of the European Week of Regions and Cities, the recording of the session we organised on measuring and monitoring cities’ circular transition is now online. Despite a tight schedule we discussed with our guests from ACR+ member Zero Waste Scotland and the LCA4regions project how to account the carbon emissions from the pre-waste stages of the products used at local level and promote the use of life cycle thinking in regional policies.
