In October, ACR+ member the Catalan Waste Agency (ARC) is set to host eight informational sessions on municipal waste management, aimed at the local community. Each of these sessions will commence with a press conference and a review of municipal waste statistics for the year 2022, broken down by region. Subsequently, the agenda will shift to presenting opportunities in waste prevention, selective collection, and participation in agreements on waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries. Following this, participants will receive information on state-transferred taxes, with the final segment featuring a focus group discussion on selective waste collection and municipal fees.
