ACR+ member Wallonia is launching a new call for projects "Waste-Resources 2021-2022" specifically focusing on the prevention of waste and its management as a resource. It follows a three-fold goal: support the transition of economic actors in various priority areas of the Walloon Waste-Resources Plan, for the deployment of a more circular Wallonia; strengthen waste prevention, reuse and preparation for reuse; and facilitate and amplify the quality recycling, pre-treatment and material recovery of waste categories.

A budget of EUR 37.5 million is available to support projects and meet the objectives set by the Region in the Walloon Waste-Resources Plan and the Regional Policy Statement 2019-2024.
