Focused on changing citizens' behaviour, ACR+ member LIPOR and its associated Municipalities launch the campaign "Há Rio e Mar, Há Lixo para Transformar" (There's a River and Sea, There's Litter to Transform). The aim is to show that marine litter starts with the choices made at home and that it is imperative to preserve the oceans.

The campaign includes a set of actions aimed at raising awareness, information and literacy regarding the Oceans, such as: guide of good practices; training actions for a sustainable ocean; awareness campaigns on beaches; clean beaches races (plogging actions); exhibition of short films and debate on the theme; among other activities.
