Mobility, green infrastructure, biodiversity, climate change and the circular economy were the central themes of the presentations and debates at the Pamplona Region Sustainability Conference, organised by the Directorate General for the Environment of the Department of Rural Development and the Environment of ACR+ member Government of Navarra.

During three days, the participants tackled different thematic blocks with presentations and debates on general aspects, followed by a contrast of experiences and discussion on the new challenges of the future. Regarding circular economy, it was stressed that it is essential to improve waste management, especially by reducing incineration and the burial of plastic waste, as well as the use and transformation of the rest.
