ACR+ member ORDIF published its 5th edition of the Ile-de-France waste dashboard:  an overview of the waste sector in Ile-de-France.

The report presents key figures of the waste sector in the Île-de-France concerning waste prevention, waste treatment, household and similar waste, waste from economic activities, economy (management costs, financing, etc.), and extended producer responsibility. This edition gives an overview of the bio-waste sector as in 2016 the prevention and valorization of bio-waste has become a central topic in the waste management sector.

The report provides also an update on the regulation and treatment of bio-waste in the Île-de-France as professional producing more than 10 tonnes of bio-waste per year have the obligation to sort it since 1 January 2016.
