Bruxelles Environnement Horizontal New 80px

Once again this year, and for the 6th consecutive year, the Brussels-Capital Region is launching its call for circular projects “BeCircular” to stimulate and support the implementation of innovative pilot projects that are part of a circular economy logic in the Brussels-Capital Region and thus encourage the transition of economic actors towards the circular economy. It is the subject of a unique collaboration between 3 administrations: ACR+ member Brussels Environment, Brussels Economy Employment and Hub.brussels. Applicants have until 14 May 2021 to submit their application.

The prize depends on the category: from EUR 15,000 to EUR 200,000 for projects in Launch (launching a new circular economy project) or ScaleUp (taking an existing circular project to the next level), and from EUR 15,000 to EUR 50,000 to prepare a Transition (starting the transformation of an activity or part of an existing activity towards a circular model by being accompanied by experts). The budget allocated to the 2021 edition of BeCircular is almost doubled, compared to the average budget of the first editions, to reach nearly EUR 3.75 million.
