The European Week of Regions and Cities is an annual four-day event during which cities and regions showcase their capacity to create growth and jobs, implement European Union cohesion policy, and prove the importance of the local and regional level for good European governance.

The 17th edition of European Week of Regions and Cities offers more than 300 session including workshops, participatory labs, regions' talks, Q&As on presented themes, exhibitions "Agora Village" and tastings of Regions & Cities. Sessions will take place at the Square, the European Committee of the Regions premises and regional offices.

The opening session will be on 7 October 2019 at the European Parliament followed by a Citizens' Dialogue at the Square Conference centre.

Browse the programme, sign in with/create your EU Login account and register for sessions before registration closes on Friday 27 September 2019.

Side event must relate to thematic priorities of #EURegionsweek 2019 and must take place in Brussels between 7-10 October 2019. If ACR+ members are interested to register their event as side event of the #EURegionsweek 2019, they can do so before 6 September 2019 and they are encouraged to contact ACR+ for supports in the organisation.
