Presentations and even movies from the conference on “Circularity in the Built Environment enabled by digitalisation” are now available online. The conference, which took place on 20 September 2018 in Brussels, was organised jointly by the EU H2020 project BAMB (Buildings as Material Banks), of which ACR+ member Brussels Environment is the coordinator, and the One Planet Network. This inspiring day focused on how to boost circularity in the built environment through digitalization, circular building assessment and public procurement.

On-going exemplary initiatives and tools that are already available for circular construction were presented as well core results of the BAMB project. The project team shared experiences from pilot projects in order to demonstrate how BAMB tools can help take significant steps on the path towards a circular future. The One Planet Network gave a global touch to this event by asking if and what Europe can learn from the Global South and linked construction with the tourism sector.
