The CYCLE project – Circular Economy Competences, making the Case for Lifelong Learning – aims to create a set of tools that improve and develop adult trainers’ competences that ensure the introduction of circular economy competences in adult training, contributing to the creation of an attractive learning pathway for trainers and facing the existing gap in this area.

Project co-financed by the ERASMUS+ Programme of the European Union.

Highlights

The event "Circular Economy Competences Making the Case for Lifelong Learning", hosted on 19 February at the European Parliament by MEP Silvia Costa and organised by ACR+ in the framework of the Erasmus+ CYCLE project, brought together key actors working on incorporating circular economy competences in education and lifelong learning. Local and regional authorities (including ACR+ members Fryslan, Zero Waste Scotland and LIPOR), training providers, NGOs, and academia across Europe exchanged their views and share their experiences in three thematic panels. The presentations made at the event are available here.
